Drink Me
We serve our own branded loose leaf tea. Choose from Hatters Special House Blend, Mad as a March Hare, Hatters Afternoon Tea Party, Hatters White Rabbit, Choc"O" Tea, Hatters Summer Fruit, Hatters Blood Orange, Hatters Enchanted Earl Grey, Peppermint Tea, Little Snoring blend, Red bush, Hatters Green Tea as well as Decaf, . You can also purchase our tea from our gift shop.
Milkshakes and a selection of cold drinks are available, We serve fair trade coffee and hot chocolate.
Brunch
Choose from a bacon sandwich on crusty bread, cheese or fruit scones served with butter or butter and jam. Toast or a toasted tea cake.
Bread available on brown, white or GF.
Light lunch
Light lunch includes; home made soup of the day, a selection of sandwiches, paninis, sausage rolls, traditional Hatters cream tea or cheese tea served with a pot of tea/coffee of your choice. Fruit or a cheese scone served with Garden Pantry jam or Candi's chutney. Please note that our food is prepared fresh to order therefore some delays are inevitable especially during busy times, so your patience is much appreciated.
Cakes
Choose from our ever changing selection of cakes and traybakes on display. Traditional favourites such as Victoria Sandwich Cake, Chocolate Cake, Coffee and Walnut cake are always available. Our cakes are baked in house. Vegan and gluten free cakes and traybakes also available.
Traditional Afternoon Tea
Traditional afternoon teas available with a choice of fruit or cheese scones. We can also serve a gluten free or vegan option. For all afternoon teas, booking is essential with 24 hours notice. Please note a £5.00 deposit per person is required at time of booking (refundable if 24 hours notice of cancellation is provided)
Also available with a glass of Prosecco or Craft Beer for an additional charge for over 18's only. ID will be asked for if necessary.
Hatters Suppliers
We are very passionate about the food and drink that we serve. Our ingredients are sourced from local suppliers wherever possible. Davies Fish Shop for our Cromer Crabs. The award winning The Butchers Joint in Cromer supply our meat. Calypso Coffee from North Walsham. Nelson and Norfolk Tea Merchants supply our loose leaf tea, Norfolk Pantry supply our Jam and honey, Candi's Chutney supply our chutneys and our teacakes from Dudley's Bakery.
